1. If there is an abnormal fluorescence value in the test and the fluctuation of the test line is large, the reason may be two aspects:

One is a poor laboratory environment, such as excessive indoor air humidity or excessive air flow, table vibration, excessive exhaust air, and direct light. This requires us to take corresponding measures, such as adding a dehumidifier and avoiding The instrument air being disturbed, away from the vibration source, and the air volume being controlled at 600-1200m3/h while avoiding direct light.

Another reason may be that the hydrogenation reaction is unstable, and solving this problem requires investigation:

1 Vessel contamination. Soak 1-2 small with 10% nitric acid and wash with deionized water.

2 The injection pump tube and capillary tip are blocked. This requires the following operations: 1. Close the peristaltic pump switch to stop the injection; 2. Unscrew the fixing bolt from the multi-function reaction module; 3. Remove the injection capillary tip from the injection tube and replace it. The new injection has a capillary tip.

3 The silicone tube is deformed. The injection pump tube will deform after a period of use, affecting the stable inhalation of the solution. If an abnormality occurs during the test, it needs to be replaced. The operation of replacing the hose change is:

  1. Unscrew the reaction module special joint of the capillary injection tip from the multi-function reaction module;
  2. Unscrew the reaction module special joint of the capillary injection tip from the multi-function reaction module
  3. Separate the injection capillary tip from the peristaltic pump injection pump tube;
  4. Remove the injection pump tube positioning ring and the injection tube, and replace a new injection pump tube;
  5. Re-install the entire injection tube.

Second, if the hydrogenation atomizer has no flame, the possible causes are:

problems on the ignition wire, abnormal injection or failure of potassium borohydride.

1) The ignition wire is not powered. At this time, it is only necessary to check the wiring and plug of the ignition wire. If it is found that the ignition wire is blown, a new ignition wire needs to be replaced.

The steps are as follows:

  1. Unscrew the fixing screws 1, and remove the fixing ring 2 and the ceramic cap 3 respectively;
  2. Loosen the wire screw of the wire and carefully remove the damaged wire;
  3. Pass the two ends of the new wire first. Fix the 孑L, then tighten the two ends so that the outer end of the furnace wire ring is close to the fixing hole, the protruding part of the furnace wire is screwed on the screw, and the screw ring is evenly sleeved on the outside of the inner quartz tube after tightening the screw;
  4. Cover the ceramic cap and retaining ring and screw on the set screw.

2) The injection is not normal and no hydrogenation reaction takes place. In this scenario, it is first necessary to detect the peristaltic pump speed and the pump card to adjust the ratchet. If it doesn’t work, the problem can be with the injection pump tube, capillary tip plugging, or silicone tube deformation. 3) Potassium borohydride failed. The solution at this time is also simple, replacing potassium borohydride.

Third, the test has no test line.

This situation is usually caused by abnormal communication of the instrument or incorrect selection of the cathode lamp.

1) The instrument communication is abnormal. 1. Check if the communication between the host computer and the computer is normal; 2. Check whether the communication port is the same as the communication port connected to the computer.

2) The cathode lamp is selected incorrectly. Check that the analysis software selects whether the test element matches the element using the cathode light.

Fourth, the peristaltic pump does not turn.

In this scenario, it is first necessary to check whether the pump switch is open, and secondly to check if the argon valve is open and the secondary pressure is greater than 0.2Mpa.
