2. The oil level of the reducer and each part is normal.

4. First move (or jog) the agitator shaft by hand to check the running flexibility and pay attention to whether the agitator collides with the thermowell.
5. Check if the pot is clean and there is no porcelain explosion (only glass-lined reactor).

Second, start and run

1 Check after starting the motor:
Check if the direction of rotation of the motor is clockwise. Do not stir the reversal (only for the test after initial installation and disconnection).
After the no-load start, check the rotating part for abnormal sound.
Whether the current value is within the rated range and the motor has no abnormal sound.
2. There is no leakage at each sealing point during operation.
3. The glass-lined reactor is strictly protected against temperature quenching and rapid heat, the cold impact is less than 110 ° C, and the thermal shock is less than 120 ° C.
4. When the bottom of the glass reactor is blocked, the non-metallic rod can be used to gently clear the material. It is forbidden to use a metal tool to shovel.
5. The pressure and temperature in the pot are strictly controlled, and no over-temperature and over-pressure are allowed.

Third, turn off the power first when parking, check the valve is in the right position

Fourth, maintenance

1. Check the transmission system and the components of the sealing device for looseness.
2. Check for abnormal noise during operation.
3. Check the lubrication area and fill the oil on time.
4. Check the sealing condition of the stuffing box and the working condition of the cooling system (including whether the cooling water is unblocked and whether the water temperature meets the requirements).
5. Check that all working instruments and accessories are normal.
6. When there is pressure in the tank, it is strictly forbidden to press and fasten the pressure components.
